1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Go3Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use of the Platform

Go3Live grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purposes, which include:

• Browsing and watching live commerce streams
• Purchasing products through in-stream checkout
• Hosting live shows as an approved host
• Managing brand accounts with proper authorization

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Go3Live for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
• Fraudulent activity, payment disputes filed in bad faith, or chargebacks abuse
• Harassment, abuse, or harm directed at other users
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Distribution of malware, spam, or harmful code

4. Host Responsibilities

All hosts on Go3Live agree to the following standards:

• Provide accurate, honest product information during every stream
• Comply with brand safety guidelines — no politics, unverified medical claims, or misleading statements
• Maintain professional conduct for the duration of all shows
• Understand that streams may be ended immediately for policy violations

5. Brand Responsibilities

All brands using Go3Live agree to the following:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory information
• Fulfill orders promptly and as described at time of sale
• Handle returns and customer service professionally and in good faith
• Pay the platform fee (8%) and agreed host commission (10–18%) on all sales

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments on Go3Live are processed securely through our payments infrastructure. Refunds are subject to the selling brand's return policy. Go3Live reserves the right to reverse or hold transactions in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputed charges.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create and publish on Go3Live, including live streams, product listings, and chat messages. By posting content, you grant Go3Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content to operate the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Go3Live at any time, without prior notice, for conduct we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, brands, or the platform. Hosts with pending earnings will receive their balance after any applicable hold period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Go3Live is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go3Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of Go3Live after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
